03/10/2020  BFTTA Open, Dagenham  details
Derek reports: With track race opportunities extremely limited, a number of our boys did well not only to get entered for the open at Mayesbrook Park in London but also to run PB’s. Dylan Tomaselli, Markus Downhill, Dom Pauley, and Ryan Howe all improved their 1500m bests to 4.16.92, 4.33.72, 4.38.72, and 4.40.52, respectively. Jacob Preston improved his 800m PB marginally to 2.08.31. However, the biggest improvement was achieved by 14-year-old Aedan Lydon who managed to improve his 3000m best by 35 secs to 10.01.35. Well done, all. Other results: 1500m R1: 1st Duane Tomaselli 4:54.49; 3000m R3: 2nd Joseph Reindel 9:59.48
