Denise reports: Noticeable PBs Aedan Lydon scorched to a14-sec PB in 1500 running 4.41.43 (4th) after taking over 30 secs off 3km yesterday. Dylan Tomaselli, having not run an 800 for over 18 months and after running a 1500 PB yesterday, scorched to a 2.05.95 time completely out in front on his own and made it look easy. Mike Sells, in only his 3rd-ever 800 and last year had never raced on track, took another second off best in 2:14.71 with a race won from start to finish . Jason Bogle won the 100 into a headwind of 2.7 with 11.56 secs. Derek reports: With track race opportunities extremely limited, a number of our boys did well not only to get entered for the open at Mayesbrook Park in London but also to run PB’s. Dylan Tomaselli, Markus Downhill, Dom Pauley, and Ryan Howe all improved their 1500m bests to 4.16.92, 4.33.72, 4.38.72, and 4.40.52, respectively. Jacob Preston improved his 800m PB marginally to 2.08.31. However, the biggest improvement was achieved by 14-year-old Aedan Lydon who managed to improve his 3000m best by 35 secs to 10.01.35.
